Order
Via this site, you can order up to 20 LogBooks at once, gift wrapped if you wish.
Discounts are only available on orders of over 20 copies:

- 21 to 50 copies: 10% discount

- 51 to 200 copies: 20% discount

- 201 to 500 copies: 30% discount

- more than 500 copies: on request

If you would like to order more than 20 LogBooks, please send an e-mail to info@globetrotterslogbook.com. We will confirm your discount, the most reasonable HPS fee (Handling, Packing & Shipping) and payment instructions. An invoice can only be issued for orders of over 20 copies.

Deliveries
After receipt of your order and verification of payment, we will send you your order within 7 days – by Registered Mail for up to 20 copies and by courier for larger quantities - to the delivery address. If the LogBook of your choice is not in stock, you will receive an e-mail with information about the new delivery date.

Guarantee, Exchanges, Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with everything you order and have faith in our products and service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange, credit or refund your new and unused merchandise within 15 days of delivery. The item and packaging must be in new, unused, resalable condition in order to be received for credit. Simply send us an e-mail (info@globetrotterslogbook.com) describing the item(s) you would like to return and/or exchange. We will e-mail you shipping and return instructions, along with a return authorization which must be included with your return/exchange. Please note that shipping charges for returns cannot be refunded.

Privacy
Individual customer information will never be shared with or sold or rented to third parties for their promotional use. All customer information is maintained in a secure data environment, using industry-standard secure encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data.

If you leave your address at this website, you may receive a periodic newsletter
e-mail directly from us updating you on new Globetrotter’s LogBook® products, current sales and special offers, or interesting articles and events. This is purely optional and you may opt in or out of our newsletter at any time.
In each subscriber e-mail you receive, there will be a link to unsubscribe.
